Blizzard are preparing another wipefest patch! This one is quite thorough in terms of wiping but as yet the changes look minimal. They have promised to keep us posted:
We’re currently in the process of preparing the next beta patch for release. As part of this patch, we’ll be wiping all characters. Items, auctions, artisans, followers, and friends lists will also be wiped, and your Beta Buck balance will be reset to 50.
While we do not have a precise ETA for when Beta Patch 17 will go live, we expect downtime to deploy the patch to be minimal. Please stay tuned to this thread for updates.

Hey, first time posting. Been reading your blog for a while now and I really like it. I’m interested in trying to make some money from D3 as well, hopefully this will all be possible. I’m in the beta and my RMAH doesn’t work and hasn’t worked for a few days now. I was wondering if you’ve encountered that problem? When I switch to RMAH it fails to load my payment methods.

Yes there seems to be a bug where it fails ‘retrieving payment method’ – I’ve seen multiple reports of this and haven’t been doing much in the RMAH as a result – just the GAH.
I imagine they’ll fix it with the release of patch 17.
