Diablo 3 Patch 18 Notes are up! This one came very quickly after patch 17 (also a small patch), and as such we shouldn’t expect much. In fact there is little to report bar bug fixes:

- Friends lists from other Blizzard games should now appear properly in the Diablo III beta client
At this stage it’s not surprising that there are fewer changes. The game is in a great state and feels polished (I’m even experiencing framerate and lag improvements in spite of the 275,000 new beta invites) and assured. Still, when I see forum updates alluding to new patches I always hope we’re going to see new difficulties or the introduction of another new system. I guess most of the excitement is done now until release!
In a way that’s a good thing as it gives me time to work on material for my subscribers like the mini Diablo 3 RMAH guide, forum set up, this, ever more fabled, Diablo 3 Gold Guide (or RMAH guide, but then, the terms are perfectly interchangeable), and a few other treats that I’m not quite ready to announce yet.
