I’ve woken up, completed a task or two for my Diablo 3 guide project (feeling good) and downloaded the beta and logged in. You can read the full patch notes over here Diablo 3 Beta Patch 14 Notes. I recorded my first log in experiences for you guys – it’s a look at what Diablo III beta patch 14 means for skills, runes, items and crafting. There’s a lot of experimenting to be done – new skills and runes (some awesome ones, as I note in the video!), crafting changes, a change to items and the vendors. There are some changes that will take a while to fully analyse. There have been adjustments to drop rates and things like that. Overall the Beta feels like it’s in a great place now (patch 13 was good but this patch is better by far). Yet another indicator that there’s light approaching at the end of the tunnel!
I’ll be posting as the weekend goes on with any news and findings. Those of you that are already in the Diablo 3 beta – have fun! Those of you still waiting – don’t worry, there can’t be too long to go now!
